Cancellations

A 10% deposit is required to secure your booking time and date.

If you need to rearrange your appointment, 24 hours notice from the appointment time is needed to retain your deposit.

Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to treatment if it is your first appointment. This time is required for you to complete a personal consultation card, this document is 100% confidential and is used for treatment purposes only.

Late arrival could result in a shortened treatment time, however treatments will still be charged at full price.
Please inform us of any medical conditions or if you are pregnant prior to your appointment as some treatments may not be suitable.

Courses

All courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking and completed within 12 months. Courses are non-refundable. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course.
